Client Forum Media Group Project Redesign of the Logo for the Sailing Vessel Eye of the Wind. Description During a voyage onboard the Eye of the Wind I found the time to redo the ship’s logo, showcasing her classic square-rigger outline as seen from the bow. I focused on the symmetry of the ship as well as including a literal "eye" to be found in the logo itself. As the ship starred in 3 motion pictures, their logo includes the most commonly used font on movie posters. It was necessary to take into account the more "exclusive" approach the marketing team uses to sell voyages to potential passengers. We wanted to represent the fact that a sailing vessel over a century old can be used successfully as an up-scale charter ship.
